NanoLuc^® Binary Technology – A Structural Complementation Reporter Designed for Cellular Protein Analysis

In this online seminar, we will introduce the versatile NanoLuc® Binary Technology (NanoBiT®) platform. We will present how NanoBiT® enables the study of binary protein interaction dynamics in living cells. Furthermore, this complementation reporter is fundamental to Lumit^TM Immunoassays, a powerful alternative to conventional antibody-based detection. Finally, we will explore how the bioluminescent HiBiT reporter tag can be used to monitor important aspects of cellular biology, e.g. protein degradation, protein secretion, target cell killing, and receptor trafficking.
