Please ensure that your Quote Number above is referenced on the shipping label. **For EU Customers** In order to qualify for upgrade pricing you must return your previous pClamp dongle (USB or Serial Port) to Molecular Devices (UK), Ltd. 660-665 Eskdale Road, Winnersh Triangle, Wokingham, RG41 5TS within 30 days of receiving your upgrade kit. In the event of no dongle being returned Molecular Devices in the UK and Germany retain the right to charge the full list price of the equivalent model for a pClamp license. Wherever possible please quote the serial number of the license being upgrade on your purchase order.
